Chuck Clark has been working in and around the kitchen environment for over 35 years. He is trained in several cuisines including Italian, Mexican and Americana. During his varied and assorted food service duties Chuck has worked with and commanded teams for meal preparations for groups as large as 1,600 three times a day, and as small as 20 for special occasion banquets. He has received numerous personal awards for his efforts and has trained many others in this fine art. Chuck served as the kitchen manager at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center for six years. His duties included not only supervising and participating in the daily food preparation for nearly 1,500 space camp participants three times a day, but also meant that Chuck had to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen as a business. Ordering stock, making sure employees were trained and on duty, and taking care of special events were routine duties.

Chuck has also served as the Hospitality Coordinator for over six years at a local church in Athens, where he coordinates the weekly meal for an average of 100 people. He was the Cafe Manager at Whitesburg Baptist Chuck in Huntsville where he was responsible for coordination of all daily activities at the cafe. Chuck was the kitchen manager at Giovannie's Italian Restaurant in Athens. He set up the kitchen operations in preparation of their grand opening. Once the kitchen was operational, Chuck left to manage his catering business full time. Along with his wife Angie, Chuck has been catering weddings, receptions and banquets for over three decades.

During his extensive career, Chuck has served such dignitaries as: Charlton Heston, Tom Hanks, Alabama Governors, Chelsea Clinton, Astronaut Sally Ride, numerous state senators and representatives, recording artists Ty Herndon, Shannon Brown, Rebecca St. James, Scott Dawson, Zoe Girl, Rick Ousley, Big Daddy Weave, Apologetix, Floodgate, Barlow Girl, Jeff Deyo, Matt Papa, Brothers Keeper, Third Day, Audio Adrenaline, Sanctus, Kutless and others.
